What is Eatrys?
Eatrys is the easiest way to find food trucks — and to run one. You discover trucks live on a map, order ahead, and book them for events. Truck owners go live, take orders, and handle catering all from one app.
How much does Eatrys cost?
It’s free to download for customers and free for vendors to join. Vendors pay a fee only when they sell (15% on orders, 10% on catering, plus a customer service fee), with optional Pro tools at $9.99/mo and pay-as-you-go Boost promotion.
Where is Eatrys available?
We’re launching in Orange County, CA and expanding from there. Get the app to see which trucks are live near you.
How do I get my food truck on Eatrys?
Head to our vendor sign-up and tell us about your business. We onboard trucks directly and help you get set up in minutes.
How do payments and refunds work?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. If something goes wrong with an order, you can request a refund in the app, and our team reviews refund requests.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account anytime in the app under Settings → Privacy, or follow the steps on our account deletion page.
Is my location shared?
Customers’ location is used only to show nearby trucks and is never shared with vendors. Vendors broadcast their location only while they choose to be “live.” You control location in your device settings.
