Delete your account

You can delete your Eatrys account and associated data at any time. You can do this yourself in the app, or request it from us by email.
Delete in the app (fastest)
Eatrys (consumer app)
- Open the app and go to Account.
- Tap Settings → Privacy → Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and personal data are scheduled for deletion.
Eatrys for Vendors
- Open the vendor app and go to Settings.
- Tap Account → Delete account.
- Confirm. Note that any pending payouts must be settled first.
Request deletion by email
Prefer to have us handle it? Emailprivacy@eatrys.comfrom the email address on your account, with the subject “Account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify your identity before processing.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and account details (name, email, phone).
- Saved preferences, favorites, rewards, and dish journal.
- Reviews and photos you posted (or they may be anonymized).
- For vendors: business profile, menu, and operational data.
What we may retain
We may keep limited information where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes — for example, transaction records required by law. Retained data is kept only as long as necessary and then deleted.
How long it takes
Account deletion is typically completed within 30 days. Backups are purged on a rolling schedule. Once deletion is complete, the action cannot be undone.
